Fitness for Over 50’s
If you would like to have some fun and some laughs, try this class. It is run by a Qualified instructor. Benefits include decreasing back pain, reducing risk of heart disease and diabetes, increasing energy levels, making new friends, and generally feeling good about yourself.
Some of the activities include dance, low impact aerobic moves, ball games, strength and mobility exercises, and hand weights.
