Pooraka Farm Community Centre (formerly Pooraka Farm Neighbourhood House) is situated on Montague Farm Estate, on the corner of Henderson Avenue and Montague Road right next to the windmill. The modern building, which is light and airy, was constructed in 1993. The Centre is adjacent to a childcare centre and opposite a shopping complex. It is within easy walking distance from Main North Rd, and not far from Mawson Lakes, and there are several bus routes which run nearby. (Go to 'Contact Us' for details.)

Last year in October the Centre held a Family Games Night, and following a successful evening it was decided to hold another one. This year is will be on Friday, 23rd of September 2022, from 6 - 8 pm. There will be games for all ages. The Games Night Event is free, but Bookings are essential. So get out of the house, have some good old fashioned fun with family and friends, and celebrate Friendship! Contact the Centre for Bookings.

The Pooraka Farm Community Centre is running classes on a normal basis now. We are open Monday to Friday from 9 - 5 during school terms.
