Yoga 

Beginner and gentle yoga. Yoga is for your mental as well
as physical well being and is for everyone. It is time just for you to relax and enjoy. Have no expectations- just focus on the present moment in class.


Classes are run by qualified and experienced teacher Karen. See website www.communityandyoga.com.au

Wednesdays 6.15 - 7.45 pm 
Cost is $60 for 10 classes or $8 per lesson.
